Cannot activate used gear s2 classic
so i have been trying relentlessly to activate my used samsung gear s2 classic smartwatch and apparently att will not activate an e-sim device that has been used already. Weird thing is that for one, what if the person does not used that device again and wants to sell it? obviously you can not. Plus many times if someone has bought an item like this from someone the seller is not the original owner. So you are pretty much stuck with a device you can not use which is pretty bad being that you have been a customer for so long. If anyone has some answers as to how they have made this situation work in order to use the device to its full potential please let me know, because if i sell it the next person will be stuck as well!

Hello @kimmie715
We can help provide you with assistance!
In order to get your Samsung Gear 2 Classic wearable up and running, it would require a Mobile Share plan included with the wireless account, or NumberSync to connect with your mobile phone.
If you have additional questions or in need of assistance, you can visit our AT&T Device Troubleshoot/ Gear 2 Classic for help.
Take care, and have a great afternoon!

Hello, I have a samsung gear s2 smartwatch that I bought refurbished. I have a numbersync account associated with my cell phone, but I cannot seem to make the device connect to my account. The watch automatically calls to verizon to set up the service, but my account is AT&T. How could I find a way to make that device connect to my AT&T account?
