Recently purchased a used samsung gear s2 watch. I called AT&T customer service to get the watch sim reset so I could add it to my account and was told they can't do that. They told me to have the previous owner reactivate the sim then they could add it to my account or supply them with the original proof of purchase to get the sim reset. I have all of the watch information and the previous number the sim is linked to. This watch is useless if I can not add it to account and use number sync. I can not reach the previous owner.
