"This set top box does not match the account settings".

Our wireless receiver is no longer receiving a signal. After unplugging and rebooting, it takes about 2 minutes and then says "Congratulations" and notes that connection was successful. But then it pops up with message/warning: "This set top box does not match account settings." and it gives an option to restart the receiver. I've done that 3 times now and keep getting same result. Please help!!!

Call 800-288-2020 and ask for support.  They can get it going.  Sounds like it dropped from your account somehow.
