local TV stations
Why doesn't U-verse carry my local TV station - KEYT 3 Ventura-Santa Barbara? I live in Simi Valley, CA and I miss my local TV news since switching from Time Warner Cable.
Also, ther is no sound on the Simi Valley government channel.

Area rights are tricky. I see KEYT is an ABC station. Perhaps KABC-7 has the exclusive rights to your area. Check this FCC link for your county to see if KEYT qualifies for your area - http://hraunfoss.fcc.gov/edocs_public/attachmatch/FCC-05-24A1.pdf

Chris - Your government at work. The scroll bar is your friend. Or, search for your state. The important info is your state/county to find listing of distant stations that you are allowed to watch - based on previously being able to snatch them out of the air with a super antenna.
