There is no longer a way to watch U-verse streaming, guide, or DVR controls on a PC.
You can however use your U-verse credentials to sign in to all the broadcasters apps subscribed to in your package . With some effort, you can organize start menu to work as a defacto tuner to mimic what U-verse browser interface provided.
Can also watch on iOS and Android tablets.
