Two questions:
1. What are the call letters of the station on which you usually watch it?
2. What is being shown in its place?
At first, I thought you might be from San Francisco and the news program was pre-empted by tonight's Giants game, but that doesn't start until 7:30 or so, and KNTV airs the NBC national news at 5:30.
