error code 404
I have now had a new problem not being able to getget info for any program with my uverse TV. Error code 404 failed to load resource remote server returnedan error 404 not found. This is with uverse troubleshoot and resolve only no resolution.

You are having trouble viewing the programming information on your U-Verse TV? Is this a problem with all of the TV's or just one?
If it's just one, try rebooting that Set Top Box. To do that, you can hold down the power button for 5 seconds until it reboots. Alternatively, you could try unplugging the power, waiting 10 seconds, and then plugging it back in again.
If it's all of them, try rebooting the modem. The most surefire way to reboot this one is to unplug the power cord, wait 10 seconds, and then plug it back in again.
