Will AT&T Uverse work with old non-digital TV?

Will AT&T Uverse work with old non-digital TV? I have an old RCA TV made before the switch to digital TV signals. It works fine with the box provided by Comcast but I'm disappointed with Comcast (we can no longer get ME TV with Comcast in the SF Bay Area) and want to switch to AT&T. I can't seem to get a simple answer to my question...will AT&T work with my old TV? Thanks!

Yes it will work fine.  If it worked with Comcast it will certainly work with  Uverse.  You can't use your tv to receive over the air broadcasts.

I am fairly certain the U-Verse boxes still support 480i, which is the only format non-digital TVs use that I know of.

Keep in mind that U-Verse does not have digital subchannels in 99% of cases.

You may want to find a local friend or neighbor with U-Verse and see if they have MeTV. There is a feed of MeTV on U-Verse, but it may not be the same as you have with your current provider.
