Why is my uverse constantly freezing?
Show runs for about 10 seconds then freezes. Then signal loss error screen appears. I change channels and it happens again. I ran My ATT diagnostic and everything is running fine.

Having the same problem can't wait for next month to cancell att Uvers tv. Going back to dish they still have NFL Network.

Is this on a wireless receiver? How many signal strength bars show on the front of the receiver? 3 is marginal, 4-5 best. If not enough signal strength move the WAP (wireless access point, little box ethernet connected to the gateway) around to try to get a better signal. Use a longer ethenet cable if necessary to give you more freedom to move the WAP around.

Yes wireless receiver everything is connected with Ethernet cable and still freezing!

Reboot the gateway (pull plug for 15 secs. and let it fully reboot) and after that completes the dvr (pull plug for 15 secs.).
