Where Is CHILLER CHANNEL?

Currently I have the U450 and I don't have the chiller channel. What is going on with this? Do I get a credit on my bill for paying for something that I'm not GETTING?

WHAT IS UP WITH ATT.....AGAIN!

Blame NBC Universal.  Chiller is dead.

The contract also states that AT&T and/or the content owners can add, remove or change programming at any time.

Chiller is history.  It no longer exists.  This was announce in the Programming notices for December 2017.  But this was known in November from news articles.  For example,

NBCUniversal Turning Lights Off on Chiller Network

NBCUniversal Cable to Shutter Chiller Channel

Dropped?  No

Killed? Yes

NBCUniversal killed ChillerTV (literally).  If you try to go to the OFFICIAL ChillerTV website, you'll see the following:

chiller.JPGChiller TV is no more.

It seems a bit ludicrous to ask for credit from AT&T for something they had no control over, doesn't it?

For the last several days the program guide only shows the word movie for the chiller Channel

It works for me. Unplug your box, wait 30 seconds and plug it back in.
