What is this?  I can't believe that I now can't access the schedule on my laptop because you are concentrating in other areas.  I will be looking for a different company.  You don't seem to be in tune to who is watching your internet TV.

This decision makes me unbelievably outraged.  I never really watched TV on my computer, however, I used the website all the time to schedule shows to record, manage things on my DVR or check the programming guides.  This is just another slap in the face to their long time customers they no longer care about and want to get rid of.  Stupid, just dumb.  It is very inconvenient to browse you programming schedule on a tiny device.  What brain conjured up this dumb idea?

Thanks for your "cut and paste" reply

Yes, of course I'm still having issues after your techs forced a hard reset
of my modem. There is no point me fully resetting my settings outside of
network name and password if ATT techs, at their will, decide to reset my
modem again.

What a blatant misuse of power to access my modem (ATT manager stated that
I only rent the modem from ATT so it is your property) but what a warning
to other ATT users. Your equipment is not yours so if ATT support staff
want to **** up your day they will do.

I am thinking and discussing what course of action to take here to get
maximum exposure to embarrass ATT
I am researching all the politicians ATT has paid/lobbied and will ask them
to return ATT funds
I am researching social media outlets to publicize this story
I have cancelled my auto pay and will not pay the next bill until this
matter is addressed to my satisfaction.

ATT support staff decided to reset my modem causing my wife & I to lose
time as we work from home.

ATT are bullies. You play your monopoly/duopoly card and now it needs to
stop.

Thanks so much for this website. I had been googling around for one. This one is GREAT.

No, I was able to record shows, look at the guide and set recordings,
manage my DVR, etc. from this URL:
https://www.att.com/tv/watch-uverse-app.html?r=aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZ29vZ2xlLmNvbS8=
and now I cannot. What happened to it? The URL I posted is from the link
I accessed the guide from, or at least where I'd bookmarked it in my list.
Now it is replaced and no longer the guide or DVR access. Why???

This was not helpful nor is it easier.  Not everyone has a tablet and others prefer not to use their smartphones.  Are you not listening? Why was it changed in the first place?  Why was the app not just added for those who want to use it and the other left in place?  I am not understanding "we are trying to make things easier".  Not for me.

I want to complain in the strongest terms your decision to remove the U-verse programming guide from my computer.

I spend about $6,000 each year for a package that included the program guide but on October 31 you removed it. I have a desktop computer and got the guide through Safari, It was an integral part of my enjoyment package - being able to see what programs were on in the future and setting them to record on the DVR, and seeing what was recorded, etc..

Your on-screen guide cannot compare with the one that was on my computer.

There are many complaints registered in the customer’s forums about this.

I will be considering dropping our service should you not restore it shortly.

The adding of schedules on a tablet or smartphone should not negate or require removing from laptops or desktops.
