WORST WEBSITE EVER

This on-demand website doesn't work at all!  It is absolutely the worst designed website of any kind I have seen in the history of the internet.  If you can't make this work just to allow me to watch a show I missed, then shut it down and give all of us our money back.

What do you mean by "website"?  Uverse On Demand content is available on your TV or on the Uverse app.  If there's an On Demand website, please share the link.

There USED to be a way to view OD and control your DVR online but it was removed in 2017 and moved to the  mobil app.

The app is compatible with:

  • iPhone®, iPad®, or iPod touch® (iOS 9.3 and above)
  • AndroidTM® smartphones and tablets (OS 4.1 and above)
  • Android wearables (Android WearTM OS) Amazon Fire TV devices

There is no way to view streaming or OD content on your laptop.  Sorry.  Heck, ATT doesn't even offer an app for Windows (which is a bone of contention for many).

Microsoft mistakenly has an app listed on their website but it no longer works.

You've hit on the exact point.  The vast majority of content is NOT avaialble via TV, and there is no way in he** my wife and I are going to huddle around my phone to watch big-screen content.  There is in fact a web-site where you can view content on your lap-top (and thus cable to the TV), but I have only been able to find it once.  AT&T has successfully hidden this function from search engines so it can't be found.  And the ONE time I stumbled onto it, every function button I pressed ("watch" of "download to TV) kicked me back to the sign-on screen, and I had to wander back to the show I wanted, only to be kicked back to the sign-on screen again if I dared to press anything.

What a piece of crap!

Thank you ACE for confirming that AT&T service is complete garbage, and has taken away aspects that were promised when i signed up, and not so long ago advertised on TV.  Only 8 year olds watch cinematic material on a 4 1/2 in screen.  I, on the other hand, will be shopping for a better service, probably at a better price, with a different company.  What a rip off.

And yes, the PC accessible pages for On-Demand are still on line, they just don't function. I was on them 2 days ago. The AT&T website is obviously administered by the incompetent 8 year olds who want to cram wide-screen material on their tiny little screens.  Not suitable for actual adults, with homes, and real TVs.

This site that AT&T has to manage my account never fails to annoy me. It is slow to Load. I have had to hit the arrow to go back a page to get it to accept my personal code several months in a row and don't get me started on my fustration with trying to get past their advertising page to get to the page about my personal account.
