My question is why don't at&t try harder to keep current valud customers with incentives when nearing the end of a promotional process. I have been with your cable company since you have been in the industry and yesterday when I inquire about promotions or discounts, I was throughly disgusted to find that you had nothing to offer a repeat customer any discounts or promotions. I felt like there wasn't any effort put forth to continue to keep me as a valued customer and I will be considering if I will stay as a customer.

Have you paid all bills on time? How did you treat the representative? What department did you call? Tech support, billing or retentions/cancelations? My head spins when I call retentions due to what they offer. $10 here, $35 there, $20 there...

I have never been late, I used the chat online and I have always responded
with courtesy.
