Online streaming was discontinued and all access (live/OD/DVR control) was moved to the Uverse app.
Smartphones, tablets, and wearables
The U-verse app can be found in Apple iTunes, Google Play, and Amazon app stores. Or, you can download the app straight to your smartphone by texting the word Mobile to 3421.

It's not limited to just widows. Not everybody uses windows! Mac, Linux, and every other OS that's isn't running the mobile OS's mentioned above can't access it either.

I really want to know what happened the CEO who made this decision. I think he did not learned from Netflix CEO when he raised his prices out of the blue. I am a short time customer to ATT because of this stupid decision.......way to go AT&T!!!

I believe you can still do it on Comcast's Xfinity. It's easy to switch (back) to their service.
