Why are my HD picture and voice not synchronized?  Everything was working OK yesterday

Reboot the box (hold power button until red light flashes and then release). 

 

If that doesn't do it, reboot the entire system starting with the RG (unplug, wait 30 secs. and plug it back in) and then each box (see above).

I tried this the other day and it works for me. Just hold the "OK" button down on the remote 10-15 sec. The bar will pop up on the bottom of the screen. This sometimes help adjust the sound to picture. This is just something I found reading else where.
