TV Guide information screen
When I select the Guide button and view the schedule, all the channels show "Getting information" instead of showing the program schedules. How can I clear this up?

Unplug the DVR....reboot the RG (modem) and then plug the DVR back in.

Reboot your dvr (pull plug for 15 secs.).
