Thank you for reaching out! Just so we understand, are you asking if you can use the U-Verse app to watch personal videos from your phone on your TV? The U-verse app is just for streaming U-Verse content. You may want to look at a separate device or app for streaming personal content from your smartphone.

You need a third party app. I use Prime Photo. It is included with your prime membership with unlimited space. You can also use Drop Box or One drive to put pictures on the TV. Someone else may have other suggestions. If you have a Facebook account you can use that.
