What Pin are you talking about? If 4 digit given when signing up for Uverse, don't think you can change it, can't talk about your account w/o it. They won't give it to you. Know I used my debit/ATM card Pin so I wouldn't forget it.

After you selected your 4 digit PIN, you should have received a letter from AT&T containing that PIN and asking you to keep the letter in a safe place for future reference.
