On Demand Not Working

Whenever I press the on demand button I get an error page that reads:

ERROR
Error code: 403 - Forbidden
kx: Failed to load resource
WebException: The remote server returned to error: (403) Forbidden

This started happening a few days ago on all our televisions. Id really appreciate it if someone can help.

@McA1987 I'd do a whole house reboot.

Unplug the RG and DVR and STB, wait 30 seconds and plug the RG back in.

When that turns all green, then plug the DVR back in and wait until it reboots.

Then plug in the STB(s), wait til it reboots and see if On Demand comes back.

Yes, as suggested above, you may want to reboot everything a few times. It seems like your receiver haven't wanted to download the little update yet required for you to view On Demand. Sometimes your Frontier U-verse receiver will not want to download the update on your reboot so it's not always likely for you to have success with one attempt. I believe that you should see "TV2 Clientstore content version:NavTarget-FTWYINSHO" on your receiver's system information page.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll give it a shot later tonight, I'm alittle worried though, the last time I did a rebot I lost my internet phone and cable for 3days because somthing happend with the modem box and I had to wait for an att tech to come replace it. It's a scary thought, I'll proably have to go out and socialize with the real world if it happens again lol
