I have been a loyal customer of at&t uverse, but it has gone too far. It''s been a little over 5 months that we do not have channel 1031 wtmo in our line-up. The World Cup is just around the corner and I'm gonna be forced to miss all the games just because you can't pay what nbc universal wants. Let me remind you that it's because of customers like myself that you are in business. You ask for our loyalty and what about your loyalty to US. I have called many times. I have emailed you at attfightingforyou and I have even written a letter to your corporate office and I have received no response whatsoever. Please make this right. We are the only city in the country that doesn't have this channel. That's not right.
