No signal

My ATT service (TV, internet and landline phone) went out yesterday afternoon. Live in NW El Paso. Is there an outage in entire area or is it just at my house?

We understand that you have all of your services are down right now.  That is not good to hear.  We can help.  To answer your question, no there is not an outage in your area that this moment in time.  We can help troubleshoot your services though.  


Please click on this helpful link and run our AT&T Troubleshoot and Resolve tool.  


If the problem is still not resolved after troubleshooting, it should make recommendations on a repair or replacement.  We would be able to set your own appointment.
