No channels in TV listings on U-verse.com

Anybody getting the following message when trying to use the TV listing on Uverse.com

Sorry, no channels match your filters.

Try removing a filter to see more channels.

I'm not using any filters that I know of..  The Recordings & Scheduled screens work fine

but there are no TV listings.. Just wondering if it's just me or is anybody else has this

problem..

Don't use them that often but they are handy if you forget to set a show to be recorded

after you've left home

TIA

Still getting the same message.. If I sign out I get TV listings but not mine.. If I enter my zip code I

receive the following message which is amazing since I'm using it right now

 AT&T U-verse service
is not available for
US zip code "28040

All the zip codes in my county (Rutherford cty,NC) show the same message..  I can enter the

zip codes for Spartanburg SC & get local listings but this if of no use since it's not tied to my

acct. so I can't use the guide to schedule any programs.

This just started yesterday..

I've always been able to access my DVR from uverse.com.. I know the shows on the site are streamed but the tv listings have always been the same as my on screen guide from the DVR & I have been able to schedule a program when I was not at home but had access to uverse.com.. As of right now I can

jodog4 - Yeah, I tried it & entered the endless sign on loop.

Why do you need it?? Use the link I provided.

I've had this same problem and I looked here to find a solution. The longer link works for me, but I think that the "main front door" of http://uverse.com or http://uverseonline.att.net/ should lead to a program guide that works correctly for any DVR user who wants to schedule a recording while not sitting in front of the TV or using the smart phone app. I should not need to bookmark the longer URL http://uversetv.att.yahoo.com/wra/uverse/?.lts=1367499958 that I found using a Google search: uverse "no channels match your filters".

There are times when I prefer to use a large screen and keyboad / mouse for DVR housekeeping / scheduling.

I have same problem as the one you replied to on 5-2-13. If I DO NOT sign in to uverse.com, I cannot get my listings for zip 35630. I'm told "U-verse service is not available in area 35630" even though I have had this service for almost 3 years! If I DO sign in, I get the message that "No channels match your filters." I have not entered any filters, but my suspicion is that it's the zip code in my profile that's the "filter". I went to the link you posted in your 5-2-13 reply, and got exactly the same results--no tv listings. Several situations other than this one cause me to thing U-verse has forgotten about my area in everything except sending bills and receiving payments!

I'm annoyed to hear that this web site defect (that I first noticed about 11 months ago) persists. The link I used and saved last year now simply redirects to the one that does not work --  http://uverse.com/uv/guide

I've noted that when I'm logged in at that page, I am also able to see what's recorded or scheduled on my DVR, but I get the same message when trying to view the TV Listings -- "Sorry, no channels match your filters."  and I have NO filters set.

Curiously, when I'm NOT logged into my account and go to http://uverse.com/uv/guide I CAN view the TV Listings, but, of course, cannot schedule a recording since I'm not logged in.
