Anybody getting the following message when trying to use the TV listing on Uverse.com
Sorry, no channels match your filters.
Try removing a filter to see more channels.
I'm not using any filters that I know of.. The Recordings & Scheduled screens work fine
but there are no TV listings.. Just wondering if it's just me or is anybody else has this
problem..
Don't use them that often but they are handy if you forget to set a show to be recorded
after you've left home
TIA

Still getting the same message.. If I sign out I get TV listings but not mine.. If I enter my zip code I
receive the following message which is amazing since I'm using it right now <G>
AT&T U-verse service
is not available for
US zip code "28040
All the zip codes in my county (Rutherford cty,NC) show the same message.. I can enter the
zip codes for Spartanburg SC & get local listings but this if of no use since it's not tied to my
acct. so I can't use the guide to schedule any programs.
This just started yesterday..

oops, I can use the link you sent me but I'm unable to use the new interface that uverse.com now uses to show the tv schedule

I've had this same problem and I looked here to find a solution. The longer link works for me, but I think that the "main front door" of http://uverse.com or http://uverseonline.att.net/ should lead to a program guide that works correctly for any DVR user who wants to schedule a recording while not sitting in front of the TV or using the smart phone app. I should not need to bookmark the longer URL http://uversetv.att.yahoo.com/wra/uverse/?.lts=1367499958 that I found using a Google search: uverse "no channels match your filters".
There are times when I prefer to use a large screen and keyboad / mouse for DVR housekeeping / scheduling.

I'm annoyed to hear that this web site defect (that I first noticed about 11 months ago) persists. The link I used and saved last year now simply redirects to the one that does not work -- http://uverse.com/uv/guide
I've noted that when I'm logged in at that page, I am also able to see what's recorded or scheduled on my DVR, but I get the same message when trying to view the TV Listings -- "Sorry, no channels match your filters." and I have NO filters set.
Curiously, when I'm NOT logged into my account and go to http://uverse.com/uv/guide I CAN view the TV Listings, but, of course, cannot schedule a recording since I'm not logged in.

Did this ever get resolved. I have the same problem and tried toi resolve with live chat but only wasted over an hour with "Anand". Very frustrated dealing with him.

The older, and apparent better, one has likely been phased out permanently. They probably had forgotten about it, then realized it was there and shut it down. Sad, really.
Their web presence seems to be more about look and tablet compatibilty than functionality these days.

Ugh. I was so happy a couple months ago to to discover the one that now seems to be gone forever because it actually worked. Now like everyone else I get directed to the non Yahoo one that gives me the message about filters. Peeves me off that this post is over a year old and there's still NO resolution in sight.
