No Cast Information
Why do none of the shows or movies have cast information?

If you push the Info button on a selection int the Guide or Favorites grid you will get a brief description (usually) with an abbreviated cast list following the description. Push the right arrow at that point just shows that (same) cast list.
The program info shown in the grid is what is supplied to ATT from their grid supplier. And of course it's the networks that supply the info to the grid supplier.

I know that. I am saying it is not there any more. They all say "no cast information"

It must that particular program. Which one is it (channel, time, day)? I grabbed a few at random and I see that info.
At any rate, when in doubt, pull plug on your dvr for about 15 secs. and then let it reboot.

No not a particular one ALL OF THEM. And like for Seinfeld it doesn't even give the title of the episode any more.

Glad you got it back because when you posted the above I did say dvr, not wireless receiver(s).
