No CBS on Demand

I know the topic of no CBS on Demand has been brought up previously but:

When or will this dilemma ever change?

Can the customer do anything to aid in this change?

Just switched from Charter and had CBS then what’s up with that.

With U-verse, CBS On Demand is available in markets where the local CBS affiliate is owned and operated by CBS.

Only in these markets:

CBS O&O Markets

Baltimore: WJZ-TV (channel 13)
Boston: WBZ-TV (channel 4)
Chicago: WBBM-TV (channel 2)
Detroit: WWJ-TV (channel 62)
Denver: KCNC-TV (channel 4)
Fort Worth: KTVT (channel 11)
Los Angeles: KCBS-TV (channel 2)
Miami: WFOR-TV (channel 4)
Minneapolis: WCCO-TV (channel 4)
New York City: WCBS-TV (channel 2)
Philadelphia: KYW-TV (channel 3)
Pittsburgh: KDKA-TV (channel 2)
San Francisco: KPIX (channel 5)
Stockton, California: KOVR (channel 13)

Although some users in other markets have posted they have CBS VOD through their individual stations or station groups. 😉

@judyam104 please provide examples, i.e., channels and what programs you are expecting to see.

I thought that was changed with the last contract and CBS is now available in all markets.  I see CBS on demand on my system.

It was July 1st, everyone should have CBS On Demand.  Although I wouldn't use it as you have to watch through everything, no FF through commercials. 😉

We finally got CBS on-demand here in Columbus OH a few years ago.  I still have CBS but now lost CBS On-Demand.  I thought that was strange since I have not lost the CBS Channel.

I do not have access to CBS programs.....what is up with that? Since my programs are constantly interrupted by Dump's stupid speeches or Corona updates, I miss a lot of my daily programs. I can no longer catch up with on demand.

Hey, @HectoeAyala1. We'd be glad to help with your missing CBS programming.

When you say there's nothing showing, what do you mean specifically? Do you get an error message when trying to access the channel, or are you able to access it, but there's no available programs to select? Did you just mean that the ads you're seeing are making it difficult to watch your programming?

Unfortunately, we don't have control over all the ads that play, those are generally all decided by the provider. We look forward to your response!
