To summarize and add more detail to the other answers: You will need equipment other than what is provided by Uverse for netflix.
The simplest way is to go to netflix.com and watch from you computer.
If you'd like to watch Netflix on your television, you will need some way to get the content from Netflix to your TV. If you have a Smart TV/Apple TV, gaming system (XBone, Wii, etc), or recent Blu Ray player, you already have what you need. If not, you will need to purchas something like a Roku or Chromecast. Personally, I use Chromecast. It's the least expenive and can be controlled from my phone rather than requiring a remote. The app selection is more limited, but I only really use Netflix and Hulu, so that's not an issue for me.
You research them on your own and decide what will work best for your household.
