Loyal to the Soil -- No longer interested in NFL games
What package gives those of us that no longer want to support the NFL the best option for minimizing paying for those channels that carry NFL games?

help channels. I do have and want to maintain my internet service. So it
sounds like I need to go to UBasic and just block the local programming
that carries NFL games?

So For me I don't have additional TVs. So it would be UBasic $19, Add HD +$10, Add DVR +$15, Add local broadcast fee $5.99 for $ 49.99 month tv. Not bad!
What additions would I need to add for the maximum coverage of San Diego State University (SDSU) Football? Or would that force me back to paying for NFL programming too? If that is the case does AT&T any plans have in the future to proved selective options for those of us that no longer want to pay for NFL programming, but still want to follow college football?
Will this dialogue be shared with others so they know what their options are? Or will it be blocked?
Thank you for your responsiveness!
Signed, Against NFL Greed

I am not a football fan but I thought all professional sports are in the NFL. I do not know what your issue is with the NFL. I thought football is between the team and the station that carries the game.

Yes. According to ESPN's website, most SDSU games this season are on CBS Sports Network, which I think is only available on U-200 or higher, which includes ESPN, which shows NFL games on Monday nights.
There aren't that many channels that show live NFL games:
Fox, on Sunday afternoons (or mornings, if you live out west);
CBS, on Sunday afternoons and (in September and October) Thursday nights
NBC, on Sunday nights and (starting in November) Thursday nights;
ESPN, on Monday nights;
NFL Network, on occasion.

keep college football and the Padres major league baseball games and, then
I had to block these stations that carry the NFL games:
1005
1008
1602
1606
1629
1630
1643
1652
I was given a reduction in monthly payment, but it did not stop AT&T's
payment to the NFL for games. I am currently reviewing other carriers to
see if they have college football and major league baseball without paying
for the NFL games.
Thank you for your time,

All providers pay for NFL games. It is not AT&T fault that you do not want to pay for NFL. There are too many football fans that will watch the game and therefore nobody cares if you watch the games or not. .

As a Veteran of more than 23 years in the US Air Force and customer of AT&T and DirecTV for over 20 years I'm truly disappointed at your position and desire to crush 1st Amendment rights of NFL players! To support the notion of refunding the NFL Package is borderline racist... Did we allow people to cancel contracts after Mr. Trump refused to call Racist Racist? Yet kneeling somehow makes them SOB's.... It shows a complete disregard for all your non-white customers who happen to desire this country live up to the Equality claims many of us who actually have served and watched our friends die defending for us to have... I will be canceling my DirecTV & AT&T service of 20 years and will hope all the folks who value equality do the same...
