Lost Channels - March 2017

Why should I have to lose the channels that I'm paying for service we need to get this worked out so that we can go back to watching and just some of the program that we were watching

Just out of the blue.....today I do not get any local channels, actually I get no channels under 70 what gives. I pay for this service. I live in area code 43560

was on hold for over an hour to find out they are having issues.  it should be up  in 24 to 48 hours.
