AT&T has failed to properly prepare for the anticipated end of contract negotiation with Nexstar - resulting in the loss of ABC station, a MAJOR network. This continues to happen, as in the past, when other channels were removed from the lineup - as your customers continue to pay increased costs in service. We set up another TV(purchased an antennae) that would give us this basic channel for the interim - assuming we will get the channel back at some time in the future! I think it's time to contact other providers who can provide continuing service that we PAY for and don't get with AT&T.

I have called Directv and they still haven’t fixed all the channels I am paying.
Call again .... 1 800 531 5000
Have you also tried refreshing your DirecTV subscription authorizations via www.directv.com/refresh ?
If that doesn't work, then the only to fix is by calling DirecTV.

How many channels are you getting 721 on?, Are they hd or sd?

I live in the country so a different antenna will likely not help. All the other channels come in fine with the LCC antenna, but not CBS. Many of my friends have already changed to DISH or Comcast. It's funny to me that these other companies seem to get along fine with Nexstar. AT&T can't get along with anybody - including their customers. (And I'm retired from there!) I've been a loyal customer of DirecTV since they were PrimeStar and have never seen such an utter disregard for customers as AT&T has for theirs. A few years back, they lost my Mom's phone & TV service because they refused to give her a new receiver even though we were having problems with the one she had. For a $20-25 receiver, they lost over $100 per month in revenue. That goes to show that they just simply DO NOT CARE.

No, they don't. Check their forums. Dish actually has much worse track record settling these disputes than AT&T/DirecTV.

I would like to know when customers will be receiving a refund on our bill for the time CBS 42 has not been on the air. You charge us for everything I think it only fair to have a credit. Is there any light at the end of the tunnel or do I need to start looking to replace ATT completely? You know football season is fast approaching and I will not be stuck without my Alabama football channel.

You don't. Not everyone receives locals in all areas. There are no charge if you receive them or not.

I had CBS until the dispute between AT&T and CBS which took it off Directv Now a month ago. Please advise if it will return or I will end service.

CBS was on my service prior to the dispute between AT&T and CBS. It still has not returned. What is the ETA negotiations at the local station? How do I get a rate adjustment until it resumes?

Its been a while, and we are very upset that a negotiation can't be reached between Nexstar and DirectTV. Here is my real problem that I am furious about...My daughter lives by Sacramento. Why have their CBS and NBC returned while we live in the California Valley and do not? That is stupidly unfair..kindly explain it to me. My bill is the same why don't we have it?????
