I lose connection "No TV Signal" about 3 times a day.

No less than 3 times a day I lose connection "No TV signal. blue screen comes on telling me how to correct this..I leave it alone for about 2-3 minutes and it comes back on. I have a Cisco reciever. The other reciever in the bedroom never does this, I believe it to be a bad box, not the connection. Thoughts ?
