How to disable preview pip in uverse program guide?

We would like to start AT&T Uverse service, but have a concern with the preview pip in the program guide. We do not want to see objectionable material pop up when scrolling through channels, but may not want to necessarily block several channels. Other service providers show the current program in the pipeline. Is there any way to do this, or remove the pip entirely in Uverse?
