I've been watching the Hallmark Movies and Mysteries (HMM) Channel for at least a week for the holiday shows and have scheduled recordings to this channel. Now it states that I'm not subscribed to this channel. Do you know why this is?
Did you downgrade your TV service? If not, do a whole house reboot to see if those channels re-appear.

my shows are messing up really bad right in the middle of a show it reverts to the previous show then last night it was showing both shows at the same time which means it blurbed 2 shows at the same time this really needs to be addressed but there is no one to get in contact with can anyone help
