HDMI cable must be reconnected each time I turn on TV

EAch time I turn on my TV, i must unplug and reconnect HDMi cable. I have replace cable and switched ports?

do I need different box?

Try this: 1) unplug the HDMI cable, 2) Press and hold the power button on the receiver for about 5 seconds until it starts flashing, 3) wait about 5 minutes for the receiver to re-boot, and 4) plug the HDMI cable back in and see how that works. Post back if you still have the same problem.
