HBO GO and SHOWTIME ANYTIME on ROKU

When setting up my Roku, I have tried to connect to these services. I have both HBO and SHOWTIME in my Uverse subscription, but when I try to activate them on the Roku it says I do not have access.  What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

I have HBO.  I successfully activated my Roku stick last month for HBO GO.  I moved this past Friday and kept all my U-verse internet and TV services the same.  I get HBO on TV.  But HBO GO required that I re-activate my Roku and it now says I don't have an HBO subscription.

 

If someone else has experienced this and has a solution, I'd really appreciate to hear it.  I don't even know if the problem is with HBO or AT&T.
