Emergency Broadcast Testing at 5AM? Television turns itself on and full volume!
We were were woken up this morning at 5AM by the television turning itself on, and in FULL VOLUME there was a notification of the Emergency Broadcast System conducting it's monthly test. WHAT is this all about? at 5am?? REALLY?
