Channel upgrade

How long does a channel upgrade from the app take. I ordered earlier today and it’s not available

Did you hide the channels? What happens when you manually press the number buttons on the remote?

 

Menu, then options and you'll see the "unhide" options there.

 

If you can see the channels on your guide, unplug the STBs and DVR for 30 seconds before plugging back in. Obviously, make sure you're not set to record anything for five minutes after you plug your DVR back in.
