Can I turn off the wifi on a 2wire router and not lose Uverse TV?
I want my daughter off the internet on her iPod as punishment, but I still want to be able to watch tv. Is it possible to just turn off the internet or will this turn off tv and the phone. I tried just unplugging the 2Wire router, but then the tv got no signal.

You must have U-verse, you need the router for tv. Your daughter's iPod connects over wifi. To prevent that, either change the wifi password or disable wifi. As long as your TV receiver is hard wired to the router, it will still work fine.
