We'd be happy to help in any way we can. Exactly what video history are you trying to manage? Is this on your U-verse app, or on the U-verse TV receivers? Are you trying to remove some On Demand programs? Any information you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

I don't believe this is a U Verse Video Ap. Since the History is on Stingray, and includes videos I view on my TV, I believe it is a U Verse TV receiver. The problem is as I view the video, it stays in my Video History on Stingray. I already have a large amount of videos, some even in duplicate. I tried using the User Guide, but it is unclear regarding which keys to strike or how to navigate the remote control. At no time am I able to access anything resembling erasing/deleting videos. And what I mean by "erasing/deleting videos" is that a video would not remain in any kind of list...and in particular, "My Video History." I am not sure that I need to put the videos I want deleted into a new playlist to later delete. When I put these videos into any kind of new playlist and delete the new playlist, the original video that I wanted deleted, still stays in the Video History. I have even considered trying to use the "My Video History" as a playlist in itself, but I can't seem to do it. All in all, I feel there must be a way to erase a video, even if I want to view it again. If I can't find a solution to this, I believe I may need to drop the Stingray channels entirely (and maybe other music channels). To emphasize my point...if I am able to erase/delete items from my computer history, why wouldn't I be able to do this in Stingray? This is very frustrating, and I can't seem to get any solutions even from the User Guide. Help!
