AT&T Uverse took Pursuit channel 1644 off the air around 5/17/19
AT&T took off the pursuit channel 1644 and never provided a replacement channel for hunting or fishing. they should replace the pursuit channel with the outdoor channel or a sportsman channel to make up the difference instead of charging when you don’t get anything in return. When you call customer service you get the run around and stay on hold for 30 minutes or more. Even when the rep agrees they are unable to substitute a channel. AT&at does’nt seem to care about long term customers anymore, only how much money they can make without providing services.
It is never our intention to remove any channels that we provide in our packages, but sometimes our contract negotiations with network providers can extend beyond the life of our contract. When this happens, the network will remove the channel to strong arm us into paying more money, and this can result in price changes for our loyal customers, which we also want to avoid. Feel free to learn about our promise to you and channel negotiations.
We understand the frustration that this missing channel may have caused, and while providing a different channel while we are under negotiations isn't an option at this time, the Sportsman and Outdoor channels are available with the Sports Package for U200 and U300 subscribers for $10 a month, or for the U-verse 450 package.
