3rd party apps

Spent two hours with tech support trying to get access of my 3 rd party apps for showtime,bravo,mtv. All are part of my U-verse package. They tell me I can only watch through U-verse because my computer is not equipped. I have been watching these for years with Cox. Very frustrating. Also would like to watch on regular computer like we were before. We can watch nbc, amc apps so it’s not on my end. Keeps saying I don’t subscribe to these channels when I do and to call tech support. But they don’t help

I have done all that is in the forum. It’s for the U-verse app. That’s not the issue. I’m trying to long into the 3 rd party apps( bravo,showtime etc.) and it works until you pick which tv service you subscribe to, then it’s states you do not have this package when you do. It then tells you to contact att and when you do you get the run around without any answers.

did you ever get access to 3rd party apps? 

I'm a new customer and am having this problem. I'd really like to know how your situation went because if you never got access, I doubt I will either. and I'm going to cancel and go back to comcast asap.
