I experiencing an issue with the interactive olympic channel (94/1094). I tuned to the channel and there is a large banner blocking the screen indicating the channel is not available in my area. When I accessed the channel by pressing the interactive button on the remote, I was able to select the five events to track and then I pressed the back button to save the selections.

Once I did this, the 'not available in your area' banner came back. My guess as to the source of the problem is that there are two NBC feeds on my channel lineup. The first one in the list is NBC West Palm Beach (WPTV). The second one is NBC Miami (WTVJ). I live in the Keys, so the NBC Miami feed is the closest feed to my area. I think that the ineractive channel has WPTV NBC feed programmed in it, and with being able to view up to four channels at once, the interactive feature is defaulting to showing content on the West Palm Beach NBC channel.

It would be nice to use the interactive channel BEFORE the Olympics are over. I attempted to resolve this issue via chat, but the chat representative seemed to be unfamiliar with the interactive olympic channel. They then indicated the issue would be escalated.

Two hours on phone last night with same problem. Don't know why, tier two tech insisted a tech is needed so I'm waiting.

Just launched NBC Olympic Experience from 1006 WTVJ. Multiview was showing WTVJ but changed back to WPTV. While watching 1006 a very light message said to press ok on remote to launch. When I switch to view another channel I could not go back to WTVJ.

Same thing. For Miami customers we are being redirected to WPB NBC affiliate instead of Miami. Please fix!

Tech just left like I thought everything he tried did not work. His boss was unaware of the problem he told the tech that every one at att was gone for the weekend. I told the tech that was not good enough and to escalate the call. He put in an escalated ticket and would try to find out more information and try to get me a phone number to web services. The private email I sent to Attu-verse care has still gone unanswered so I quests they don't care. I suggest everyone with this problem start call att to complain.

If you tune to WTVJ, there will be a very small notice to go Interactive by pressing OK. That's the only work around at the moment. If you try to go directly to the Interactive channel, is doesn't work. It also doesn't work by pressing the Interactive button on the remote. I think this proves that the source of the problem is that the Interactive channel tunes to WPTV. Why is NBC the only channel on the Uverse lineup with two channels? Seems like a programming change could fix this.

This is not a work around. Yes you can get to the app, I can get to the app using all the medthods. The problem is with multiview within the app. AT&T is pushing WPTV NBC (West Palm Beach Local) to Miami-Dade, Monroe, and maybe Broward Counties instead of WTVJ NBC Local.

BTW the tech that came to my home gave me this number to try.
