my recorded programs are not being displayed when I select list option on my remote?
Yep, it's a bug in the current Genie DVR software. There are a few workarounds until the fix rolls out soon ...
Reset your Genie using the red button near the access card. That will bring them back, at least for a while.
Change the List sort order by pressing "0" on your remote.
Find the "missing" recordings in the Genie's "Recording History" menu
