Won’t change channels-stuck on one

The changer has no control over changing channels. It’s stuck on only one. Volume works. Help!

What DVR/Receiver model number do you have?

 

A couple of things to try ....

1. If you have an RC7x remote model, try resynchronizing with your DirecTV box by pressing MUTE + ENTER for several seconds.

2. If that doesn't work, try resetting the DVR/Receiver using the red reset button.
