Using On Demand and Playback

I have had issues with On Demand and playback since my install. I cannot use either. I have had 5 technicians out, my box replaced 6 times, a dedicated line just for my modem, replaced my modem, upgraded and replaced my router and had new internet lines done by my provider. Still can't use it. Keeps telling me that receiver is not ready for downloads or that there isn't any content available at this time. I just signed up in March and I am so frustrated I don't know what to do.

If you are trying to watch a movie and see Error Code 927, we have a few fixes that may help resolve this error.  You will find these tips and solutions on our website.  Hope this help!
