Santa tracker and apps initializing problem

Santa tracker and apps initializing problem

 when I go to channel 110 for the Santa Tracker it says I must be connected to the internet which I am and my apps have been initializing for like 2 weeks. Everything worked when I first got DirecTV about 3 months ago... I can watch some stuff on demand but other stuff says it can't find it. I just want to get the Santa Tracker working for my daughter. Thanks

The app might not be live yet.  Last year it started on November 29th.
