On screen channel guide blank

For the past few days the channel guide on the tv has been showing fewer and fewer descriptions. Today it is empty. Every channel shows "title unavailable" and no description. When can we expect this to be fixed? 




UPDATE: Found the solution here in the forum and resolved the issue. Thank you knowledgeable peeps! Much appreciated. Smiley Very Happy

I don't know how to do that in this forum Smiley Frustrated sorry. 

The fix was the red reset button.
