I have been DirecTV user for over 15 years so when AT&T purchased DirecTV I end up with two different accounts. 3 weeks ago I got the two accounts bundled to provide some savings (paying way too much with separate accounts). AT&T candled my DirecTV account and add the service to the AT&T account. Since then the On Demand function does not work. When selected an on demand program from the list for that channel it tells me "There is no programming available for the filter selected". Also, when I go to a program that is in progress and has the function to go back to the beginning if I try it tells me "The receiver is not ready to download".
I have the Genie 2 with 6 wireless mini Genie. All the functions worked before the bundling. I have been on the phone at least 3 times with DirecTV/AT&T support. The Genie 2 has been rest, they have "resend" the information and nothing has worked.
I am very frustrated, can anybody that has solve similar problem help me?

Have you attempted to reset all the Genie’s you have currently? Doing so should allow the On Demand to work.

Yes, i did that already and still not working.
It has to be related to when the bundling happened. My old DTrecTV account was closed and the service was added to my ATT account I had for phone and Internet. As soon that was done the on demand function stopped working.

Was there a follow up from DirectTV I have had the same issue with no resolution from direct tv as of yet.

I have had the same issues since I have had this. Of course pay per view works so they can take more money. I have read every solution and tried everything everyone said...and still nothing.
