Our dish loses the satellite at about 6:00 pm every day and pixilates. This evening it has totally lost reception. This has been an ongoing problem for the last 3 - 4 weeks. I have called numerous times and reported it. Every time you promise to have some one call and set up an appointment. Then you started calling at 8:01 every day and 9:01 on week ends and putting us on hold for a half hour. I am very disappointed with your total lack of customer service. I am about to cancel my service because obviously you don't care about your customers. If this can't be remedied I will be canceling my service!!
