Move of satellite dish

Called August 29, to schedule moving the satellite dish to a pole as we were having a new roof put on September 16,17.   Scheduled for today (September 10).   Waited and waited.  Called and found out it was cancelled.  I never cancelled and I was told they couldn’t tell who did.  The earliest we could get was September 18 which interferes with our new roof being put on.  I was told that we could mirror my smart phone to the tv until the dish is moved.   Not happy.  They did nothing to expedite it.
