I can't watch DIRECTV on my macOS Mojave version 10.14.3. Please help!

Video playback/streaming issues with MAC OS Mojave 10.14.5  Others have asked for help dating back to November 2018 and there appears to be no known solution.  Please don't tell myself and others to use windows 10 or Parallels App.  Thats like telling your customer to buy a different car.  Please send this up the chain for action that results in a solution!

We will be happy to help!  To enjoy thousands of DIRECTV movies and shows online, go to https://soc.att.com/30I8GQ7 and choose any program to watch. If it’s your first time watching on a particular computer, it will prompt you to install the DIRECTV Player. 

  1. Click a movie or show you want to watch and follow the prompts to watch online.
  2. If prompted, select Install DIRECTV Player.
  3. Find the DIRECTV_Player.dmg file in your Downloads folder and open it.
  4. Double-click DIRECTV_Player.pkg to start installation.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation. If you don’t have the latest version of Adobe Flash, the installer will install it too.
  6. When installation is complete, your browser will refresh and your program will begin.

If you closed your browser, open a new one and go to https://soc.att.com/30I8GQ7 to find your program.
